Each Fellow will have the opportunity to participate in a 360 assessment and debrief call with one of three outstanding executive leadership coaches, Dana Galin (Leadership Academy faculty), Jennifer Davis or Katrina Calihan. In the process, each Fellow will solicit feedback from peers, bosses, direct reports, and others who are in a position to describe how he or she is currently perceived as a leader.
The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment connects a well-researched battery of leadership competencies with underlying and motivating internal assumptions that drive behavior. It measures two crucial leadership domains–Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies–and integrates information in a way that allows strengths and development opportunities to emerge.
The 90-minute debrief coaching session will highlight the results as well as identify key areas where Fellows need development in order to optimize their leadership potential in their organizations.
