The Leadership Circle Profile™ ("LCP") Assessment measures two crucial leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates information in a way that allows strengths and development opportunities to emerge.  Each Fellows goes through the LCP Assessment process.

This year, our leadership development coaches are Dana Galin and Jennifer Davis.

All Fellows will have completed their LCP debrief and a coaching session to discuss their work on their personal development plans before the Orientation session.
