The Faculty members listed below provide individual coaching services, and welcome your inquiries via the phone number or e-mail address listed below.  Because a rapport with your coach is essential to an effective coaching relationship and experience, we are not including any pricing information (which you can get directly from the Faculty member who you may want to engage).

Robert Calabrese, Business Visions Group  (Academy Facilitator)
Areas of focus/expertise:  Robert provides executive coaching to key business/organization leaders
that maximizes stakeholder engagement, defines and aligns roles/responsibilities, capitalizes on
targeted quick wins in order to establish leadership capabilities, and/or expedites onboarding to a new
leadership role.  Having coached a wide spectrum of clients from small entrepreneurs to C-suite executives in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas, he customizes an executive coaching package to meet the specific needs of the client.

Rebecca Shambaugh, SHAMBAUGH Leadership (Module 1)
Areas of focus/expertise: Becky and her colleagues help leaders develop the skills necessary to achieve outstanding performance and sustainable results.  SHAMBAUGH delivers a customized executive coaching experience. The firm's Coaching and Development Program for Mastering Executive Presence helps leaders and executives be more intentional, credible, and better prepared to effectively lead in challenging interactions and dynamics.
