
Barrhonda White’s aim as a coach is to multiply greatness one leader, one team, and one life at a time. She recognizes that leaders are constantly on a stage and thus offers a safe and judgment free “backstage” for leaders. She offers a balance of asking insightful questions, exploring values, unpacking beliefs that may be limiting and serving as an accountability partner for impactful transformation.
Focus areas in her work with senior executives, emerging leaders and their teams include leadership presence, interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, change management, process improvement, cross-functional team development, enhanced communication and strategic career planning. She is also an accomplished DEI facilitator and team dynamic consultant. Ultimately, Barrhonda helps leaders prepare to have personal and professional proud moments while yielding significant value for their respective organizations.
Barrhonda offers over twenty-two years of corporate business experience with a fortune 100 financial institution. She also offers 14 years of internal and external leadership coaching and facilitation experience. Her business experience includes operations leadership and process engineering.
Barrhonda also serves as teaching faculty and executive coach for Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business - Executive Graduate Programs and Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.
